Container Types & Refunds

Bottle return rates are only based on two sizes 0-1L and >1L, and not on different material types. All return rates offered by bottle depots are government regulated by the Beverage Container Management Board (BCMB). For more information click here. All beverage containers designed to hold less than or equal to 1L will have the rate of 10 cents. Any bottles that can hold over than 1L will have the rate of 25 cents.
However, returns here at Sage Hill Bottle depot through a bottle drive will receive an additional 10% on top of the final amount.
