Do I need to sort my containers before my valet drop-off?
Not at all. Our team handles all sorting and counting. Bring your containers in any bags or boxes — mixed is completely fine. We take it from there so you don't have to do the prep work.
How long does a valet drop-off take?
The handoff itself takes under 2 minutes — just pull into your reserved spot and our team unloads your car. We count and process everything after you leave, so you're never waiting around at the depot.
How does valet payment work?
After you drop off, our team counts and processes your containers. Within 2 business days, we send the full amount to your email via Interac e-Transfer. You'll get a notification as soon as it's sent.
Can I book a valet drop-off same day?
Same-day bookings depend on availability. We recommend booking at least a day in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot, especially on weekdays.
Is there a smell at the depot?
We maintain a clean, odour-managed environment. The smell you might associate with bottle depots is something we actively work against — our facility is ventilated and cleaned daily.
What if I have a very large load?
Large residential loads are welcome for valet drop-off. If you have commercial volumes — from a restaurant, bar, or event — our commercial pickup service is better suited for recurring large quantities.
Do I need a receipt or proof of purchase?
No receipts needed. Alberta's deposit program applies to any eligible container, regardless of where you bought it. As long as the container has an Alberta deposit marking, you get your refund.
What are your hours?
Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sunday and holidays 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM. We're located at 70 Sage Hill Plaza NW, Calgary.
