After each pickup, we count and process your containers and pay you by cash or cheque. For large volumes, we can arrange direct deposit or Interac e-Transfer.

What types of businesses do you serve?
We work with any commercial or institutional operation that generates a regular volume of refundable containers — restaurants, bars, offices, schools, arenas, event venues, warehouses, and more. If you're in NW Calgary and have recurring volume, we likely have a solution for you.
How do I set up a commercial account?
Call us at (403) 275-7003 or submit the website form. We'll ask about your volume, location, and preferred schedule, then call within one business day to confirm the next available pickup.
Do we need to sort containers before pickup?
No sorting required. Mixed containers in any bags or bins are fine. Our team handles counting and sorting after pickup. We just need them reasonably contained — loose across the floor isn't ideal.
How often can you pick up?
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules. High-volume locations like busy restaurants or event venues typically benefit from weekly pickups. Lower-volume offices or schools often do well with bi-weekly or monthly.
How are commercial clients paid?
Payment is made by cash or cheque after each pickup cycle. For large volumes, we can also arrange Interac e-Transfer or direct deposit. We discuss the best option when setting up your account.
What areas do you serve for commercial pickup?
Our primary service area is NW Calgary — Sage Hill, Nolan Hill, Evanston, Kincora, Sherwood, Tuscany, Citadel, and surrounding communities. Contact us if you're outside this area and we'll let you know if we can accommodate you.
Do you service events and one-time large collections?
Yes. If you're hosting a large event — a festival, corporate event, community gathering — we can arrange a one-time commercial pickup after your event ends. Contact us in advance to book a date.
Is there a minimum volume for commercial accounts?
We don't have a strict minimum, but commercial pickup is designed for operations generating regular volume that makes scheduled pickup worthwhile. Small volumes are often better served by our walk-in or valet drop-off services.
